I have experience working with clients in both outpatient and school settings. I have worked with a broad range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders and autism and have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community. I utilize a range of approaches, including mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), and person-centered approaches, to create interventions that fit each individual’s needs and goals and build on their strengths.
